Physician Assistants

Physician Assistants are healthcare professionals with a generalist medical education who work alongside doctors providing medical care as an integral part of the team.

Physician Assistants are practitioners working with a dedicated supervisor and are able to work independently with appropriate support.

Physician Assistants can see many of the things traditionally booked with a doctor. 

We are aware that the scope, regulation and supervision of physician associates is under discussion at national level. We wait with interest the outcome of these discussions.
