Getting your results

All your test results should be visible to you on the NHS App. You can also contact us by telephone using our Results Hotline number: 020 8655 9235 from 11am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Please do not assume that your results are normal if we do not contact you.

We ask all patients to contact us to receive their test results as there may be some advice our clinical team would like to inform you about. The practice will only notify you (by post or phone if you prefer) if any of your results require immediate action.

Results usually take 5 working days to come back to us, so please wait 5 working days before contacting us. If you have registered to access your medical records online, you can also view your test results using our online services or by text message if you prefer.

Third-Party & Out of Hours Calls

Due to confidentiality, we are unable to give results to a third party unless this has been arranged by prior written consent.

Our results team members are unable to deal with calls outside these times as they are very busy processing incoming results, letters and other clinical data.

Blood Tests

Blood test appointments at Paxton Green

There are a limited number of blood test appointments which are reserved for very frail patients, patients with significant mobility issues who are unable to attend the hospital for their blood tests.

Tessa Jowell Health Centre or King’s College Hospital provide blood test appointments. This is no longer a walk-in service, please book an appointment for your blood test in advance. You will also need to collect your blood test form before your appointment from Reception.

King’s College Hospital

The unit operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:45pm. It is closed on bank (public) holidays.

Tessa Jowell Health Centre

The unit operates Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 3:45pm. It is closed on bank (public) holidays.
